There are no words to fully describe the atrocious and appalling service from Emma Rowe. Ignores and barely responds to client unless chased several times. She will tend to reply after you've had to follow up with 6+ emails relentlessly. No remorse or compassion for clients, especially those going through bereavement. Her assistant Ash however is amazing, empathetic and responsive. Emma failed to complete work and wasted 2 years of my life. Once I switched over to a new, competent and professional solicitor, he was able to complete everything from start to finish within less than 3 months.
