Disgraceful solicitor who failed to comply with my desperate wish to avoid litigation at all costs. Took every opportunity to charge me for what I considered to be unnecessary work. Failed to comply with most of my instructions to line her own pockets. Severely criticised by the judge at a hearing for failing to take enforcement action. Few months ago had to lay off a number of her staff.lli am not in the slightest but surprised! Case handler at The Legal Ombudsman service confirmed her service was ‘poor’.
