I very rarely write reviews, only when something hugely impresses me or disappoints me. This team deserve a huge pat on the back for their amazing work ethic and customer service. I have used Stephensons Solicitors (Brierley branch) for 7 years now and on all occasions, they have been fantastic. My conveyancing has been completed quickly, professionally and by the most approachable and friendly team of individuals. Most recently, I instructed Izabela to deal with the sale of my home. Within 5 weeks she had responded to all enquiries from our buyers (and there were quite a few!) and we have successfully exchanged contracts (we complete in 3 weeks). When I was a first time buyer (7 years ago now!) I was hand-held through the entire process by Stephensons solicitors. I felt like I was in good hands and my interests were being well looked after. As a first time buyer, it was a relief to have such a dedicated and efficient team helping me though quite a scary purchase (it certainly felt like a daunting process before we instructed Stephensons). Again, such was the efficiency of Stephensons, it only took a mere 6 weeks to get to “exchange of contract” point with my purchase. Every time I have called the office, my queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Even my estate agents commented on how friendly and easy to deal with my solicitors are (I took that as very high praise indeed, especially as the market is very busy at the moment with the stamp duty holiday deadline looming - our solicitor was always happy to speak to them direct). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm (especially Izabela and her assistant, Karen).
