Dreadful company. Very quick to get the account. Very slow to do anything once they have it. I needed an urgent application for a deputy for my mother and they took 8 months to get the application approved. They didn't place an urgent application at the beginning. They have exhibited a total disconnect regarding welfare and finance. My mother has been living with me happily and healthy for 2 years and now because of their mismanagement and inflexibility, at 92 she will have to go into a care home at incidentally twice the cost instead of living with her daughter who is a nurse. It has taken them 2 months to place my mother's house up for sale and the estate agent has told me they have even messed that up as they did not send ID of the person that signed the contract to the agent (basic requirement). Do not use! Will be contacting the Office of the Public Guardian to report the situation on Monday.
