Other solicitors in the chain have been ready for 2 months and are Frustrated with the lack of communication and not returning emails or phone calls. The Solicitors are self-employed and work under the umbrella of Griffiths Ings and the one we are using has no boss’s to answer too so therefore have no urgency to complete their tasks. I’m sure not all the solicitors working out of Griffiths Ings are incompetent but the one we are using is. So be careful when choosing this company.
