Poor customer service. As an existing client I have been trying to speak to someone since last Wednesday, (4 working days ago) regarding an urgent issue I have. Apparently there is only one person in the firm that can help. This person has never answered her phone in person and have been left with no option other than to leave numerous messages for her to call me back. I'm still waiting.
