Worst firm we have ever dealt with. They pay little attention to communicating with their clients, started by conveyancing the wrong property until it was pointed out to them. We were constantly chasing them for updates. At no point have we seen any of the details pertaining to what the searches have shown up. We have had our conveyancing passed from one solicitor to the next in the firm, each one appears less professional than the previous. The additional stresses this poor service placed on our family members has been awful. To some up their services are reflected in the appearance of their premises, Shabby.
