You have been very quick to take my money with all of your false promises only to go radio silent on me for weeks despite follow up emails. When I did ring to cancel I was told to speak to the accounts department who told me that a client care letter was sent to my email according to the system, and then corrected, sorry no it wasn't it was posted out to you. For an urgent visa application you have completely side-lined my case and now coming up with a barrage of excuses - this has cost me a huge amount of money, grief and is completely unacceptable !!! Such an unprofessional telephone manner and speaking to me with a condescending tone. No refund and now I must place an extremely important visa application in the hands of a lazy and incompetent law firm with a complete disregard to their clients' circumstances. I would like a full refund!
