Excellent service last year (2019) when handling the conveyancing for my sale and purchase. Unfortunately feeling very let down by the lack of response to recent enquiries about the whereabouts of paperwork relating to my house purchase. Fully understand there's a huge backlog of conveyancing work presently, but I would have expected at least an acknowledgement of my request and a date by which I would receive an answer,
