Dreadful. They acted for a client in a property chain I was unfortunately in. After seven months their client pulled out, and their solicitor would not communicate with my solicitor, instead chose to drop the devastating news in a two line email to one other solicitor in the chain. Throughout the process they were slow, incommunicative, obstructive, rude and it transpired, withheld key information from the other parties in the chain.
