Came across as profession then gave me the worst experience of my life. It’s put me off buying a house for life. I have documented all the times the firm made basic mistakes. Felt like a criminal. Never again. Plz look elsewhere.

Don't use them, if there is a problem, they will still take your money. Awful experience with Pirie Palmann. They were recommended by haart estate agents Peterborough. They obviously work together to push a deal and fail to produce all the relevant documents when working towards buying a property. During the process they have changed their solicitors 5-6 times, I lost count now. They are also extremely slow in response. Having asked them many times to share property documentation, they told me too late that this property had no key element documentation. I have put a lot of money from the beginning of the deal and something that they told me should be done in less than 12 weeks is now over 17 and still not having the right documents.
