If you want a solicitor that lacks focus and drops things for months on end, even when it puts them in breach of contract, Whatley Recordon is for you. The Great Malvern location might seem convenient, but it ultimately isn't. I wouldn't use them in future and hope never to rely on them representing a counterparty again either.
