I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Then just 20 minutes before the appointment, I was called to say that the the solicitor had just suddenly taken ill. So after a 3 week wait, I was on my way to drop my kids off to a specially scheduled place in order to attended my appointment, when they decided to cancel. People just dont suddenly take ill within 20 minutes of an appointment. The solicitor must have known that she was ill well before this time frame. What a waste of time. I dont think that this is very good service at all. I wont be using them or recommending them
