SB Law (Sonia) is the best law firm you can use to deal with all your Conveyancing paperwork, very helpful, Clear, Honest, and responsive to all our questions and concerns. I recently instructed Sb law to handle a sale and purchase. The service provided was first class. Sonia was very helpful at all times and very pleasant. She handled my matter smoothly and was always willing to explain things when required. She was very responsive and always returned calls quickly. I could find no reason to fault any part of the work. She was extremely fair and accurate in her billing and there were no nasty surprises. I feel she charged a very fair price for a high quality service and I would recommend her strongly.

I am very grateful for SB Law for completing the property transfer less than 4 weeks. The family court ordered the deeds to be transferred to my name by the 13thMarch. The court order was produced only on 10th Feb. SB Law even work out of office hour and finally was completed by 12 March. My sleepless nights are over. A very big thanks to S.B Law

When my mother was taken into a Care Home at short notice I needed to sell her house quickly to pay the fees. Sonia was great in that she saw the urgency of the situation and did everything she could to facilitate an early sale. She worked speedily and efficiently to make things happen and keep the purchasers up to the mark. Thanks to her efforts my mother is now settled in a lovely place.
