Seemingly unable to work out how much the net mortgage proceeds were from our mortgage lender and unable to provide an accurate completion statement then chase us for the mortgage fee that had been deducted by the mortgage company from the mortgage amount. They neglected to find this out from the mortgage company prior to completion. Totally clueless and inept.
