Avoid this firm in particular Shazina Hussain. Shazina Hussain is dishonest with no integrity whatsoever. Shazina Hussain has taken advantage of a vulnerable 74 year old lady who was in desperate need of legal representation. Instead of speeding things up and providing legal support, Shazina Hussain refused to put in an application for legal aid support and instead asked this vulnerable lady to pay her £2,500 which unfortunately she did. After this Shazina Hussain took no instructions and went to the court without her client’s authority and without witness statements etc and represented her and of course lost the case with a cost order of over £10,000. Since then Shazina Hussain has been giving mixed stories about what happened at the court. We are in the process of obtaining the transcript and will take Shazina Hussain to a court. I am writing this review because I want to stop another vulnerable individual falling into Shazina Hussain’s nasty trap.
