AVOID AVOID AVOID We had insurance cover which directed us to DAS law for a personal injury claim. From the beginning the whole experience has been extremely poor. 3 solicitors over 4 years, without being informed once. No productive action was taken without having to chase numerous times continuously. It took 3 years for them to simply arrange medical evidence which meant our claim was delayed substantially because of the lack of competence of DAS LAW. We complained formally numerous times to the company and they did not follow the correct procedures a law firm should. Whilst we experienced financial hardship the firm used delaying tactics to increase their costs to the maximum possible. I plead to anyone reading this DO NOT USE DAS LAW.
