John Cornwell dealt with my divorce case. The firm itself seemed fine, though he, seemed to sell me down the river. Maybe because I am a dual national, not sure. Despite the fact that my former spouse lied to the court and had a trust fund which was acknowledged the day before the hearing: we had no children and were married under five years and had not intermingled any accounts, I had to buy him a house. All this and with proof of adultery and endless drinking.,John advised if we claimed he was an alcoholic I would be responsible for him because the court would say he was sick. Sick, yes, this chap was sick in the head. John talked to me during the hearing asking me what was going on. His friend was my spouses' attorney and I was taken for a huge ride. The only reason I have given the firm 2 stars is for the other people working there who seemed professional, the other reason is that he did not overcharge from his original quote by terribly much. It was a horrible experience, about as unpleasant as the marriage.
