Do not waste your time or money, I insutructed Harvey Roberts to carry out the conveyancing for a property purchase, I told them which lender I was using which they said was fine and took the money for my searches I then discovered they were not on my lenders panel even though they ensured me that they were and everything was being sorted, after ignoring my emails and calls for two weeks a lady then spoke to me and told me she had been on holiday and had no idea what was going on, she then told me that the lender was in fact correct and they were not on the panel so could not carry out my searches after they have taken £300 I then asked if I will be refunded she assured me I would and she would let me know when it had been issued, I let the weekend pass waited a few more days I had still heard nothing so I called up again!! The refund had not been issued I’m assuming they forgot and only done it after I rang for the millionth time. Do not even bother instructing them they are a waste of time and money!!
