DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR HEALTH AND WELL BEING. I am using this firm for my divorce and have never known a company as bad as this and that's my honest opinion. By far the worst I've had better legal advice from my own boss at work. Chris hides costs from you and tries to waste your time whenever possible . I managed to learn costs after a full year of them dealing with my divorce! I had asked a number of times bit was ignored and told they would provide them but did not! Not only does he hide costs but he will communicate to you in a slow almost robotic nature it is so unprofessional and promote meetings that are all pointless and have no value to helping you at all. I was married for only a year and the way this imbecile has handled my divorce my divorce is now 2 years!! Chris had assured me that the divorce would not exceed £2000 then hits me out of the blue with no warning or indication of costs or even a break down of costs for 4500... (after only 4 letters had been sent one of them taking 6 month to write by this time waster -not joking i can prove this) it was just this is what you owe with no break down or explanation. I called then and recorded the conversation and Chris is unable to explain to me the costs he repeats around 4 times in a 15 minute conversation that I called and asked for costs and that's how I've got a bill for 4500 I am happy to share this conversation that shows how useless he is. His actions almost killed me and his advice has cost me more each month believing he knew what he was doing... It's a shame hindsight is 2020. He had to be taken off handling my divorce due to his incompetence and I have demanded a refund which has been given but not knowing costs and this being messed up so much is meaning I'm paying out a small fortune for a year's marriage. They have succeeded in doing nothing but mess me about and cost me massively in wasting all this time and I almost took my life due the handling of this. I had to contact the crisis team on more than one occasion due to this company. please do not go near them. They charge around 190 an hour in meetings that are pointless if you have Chris working for you. I don't have the rest if the costs but don't use them please. Chris should not offer legal advice to anyone he is not fit to do his job properly and his actions could cause someone to take their life like it did with me. I will be taking further action against this company for the emotional, physical damage done to me and the financial loss. They can not be allowed to treat people this way. All I wanted was this to be over and they dragged it out for 2 years. Although they have refunded me I don't think anyone would ever want to pay for such incompetence and neglect. Stay away from this company
