Had used this Solicitors based on referral by a friend who is also a Solicitor. The guy who contacted me seemed fine initially from line of questioning to get background information about the dispute but then without informing me, had pushed on to whom I presume is a paralegal without my knowledge and a sure defence, fell apart. Will NOT recommend.
