Ms Conway spent the entire meeting ridiculing our legal knowledge. She even went as far as to make a joke at my mother's expense, in front of us, to her secretary! We left absolutely jaw dropped at her complete lack of respect and customer service, I'm still stunned and furious 5 months later. AVOID!
